SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from the carrier, including the package number and a tracking link. It will allow you to check the status of your delivery without any problem at any time.
In our online store markandday.co.uk , only orders placed with a delivery address in
mainland Britain can be processed. Please go to the Mark&Day online store in the corresponding
country for deliveries to another country:
- Preparation time for your order: within 24 hours on working days.
- Carrier delivery time: 3 to 7 working days.
You will only be able to modify the delivery address of your order if it has not yet been shipped.

For all purchases, we grant you a legal right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt

Here are the steps to complete your return :
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must not have been used and must be returned without stains or damage.
Additional charges may apply if the item is not returned in its original condition.

It is essential to follow each of these steps carefully to ensure your return is processed correctly.
It is not possible to carry out a live exchange. You will first need to return the rug received to us, then place a new order, if you wish.
If you think that the logistician sent you the wrong reference, or that your rug suffers from a defect, then we invite you to send us some photos of the best possible quality, of the rug received.
Ideally an overview, a close-up and a photo of the label on the back of your rug; so our quality department will be able to get back to you quickly with a response.
Unfortunately, production errors can never be completely ruled out despite careful quality controls. And no package is safe from a mishap during delivery.
If you notice a problem in the product delivered to you, then we invite you to send us some photos of the best possible quality of said glitch; so our quality department will be able to get back to you quickly with a response.
